Overview :

This contract is made between the Person or Company (hereinafter referred to as "USER") who has registered their information on the website www.socialmedia.tools (hereinafter referred to as "SocialMedia.tools"), which is the service provider.

Activation of Licenses and Delivery
Every service and software purchased on SocialMedia.tools is automatically activated instantly.
After each sale of a software, a license number is assigned to the purchased software. Each software can only function with this license number.
When the software is opened and the license number is entered, the license becomes active. After this point, the software can only be used on the computer where the license is entered. The computer information can be accessed from the license panel.

Cancellation of Licenses
Activated services and software fall within the scope of Electronic Instant Services and, therefore, cannot be canceled.

Refund Terms
No license fee for purchased and downloaded software to the USER's computer will be refunded under any circumstances (including the termination and/or blocking of the websites using its source/infrastructure).
Refunds are only provided if the software has not been downloaded to the USER's computer after the purchase.
Since downloaded software falls within the scope of Electronic Instant Services, the right of withdrawal is not applicable according to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

Every USER who has registered on the SocialMedia.tools website can request the cancellation of their membership. You can use the contact form for membership cancellation.
